EIRMS (Electronic Invoice Registration and Management System) is the Cashflow module that lets your business register invoices, receipts and withholding receipts electronically with the Ministry of Revenue (MoR) of Ethiopia.
When you submit a document, MoR returns a digitally signed QR code. Cashflow stores that QR code against the document, so it can be printed or shared with your customer as proof of official registration.
What you can do with EIRMS #
- Create and submit invoices to MoR — sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes and more
- Issue receipts against one or more invoices
- Submit withholding receipts
- Print documents carrying the official MoR-signed QR code
- Share a public link so customers can view their document and QR code without logging in
- Cancel invoices when needed
- Track every action through the audit log
Note: Before any document can be submitted, a SuperAdmin must complete the merchant credential setup. Until then, the Invoices, Receipts and Withholds tabs stay locked.
