Access to EIRMS is controlled by the role assigned to your user account.

| Accountant | Create invoices, receipts and withholding receipts; view and print |
| Cashier | Create invoices and receipts; view and print |
Why are my tabs greyed out? #
The Invoices, Receipts and Withholds tabs remain locked until the company’s EIRMS credentials are fully configured and the MoR certificate has been uploaded. If you see these tabs greyed out, contact your SuperAdmin.
Custom roles #
A SuperAdmin can create custom roles with granular, per-feature permissions — for example a role that can access EIRMS but no other Cashflow module.
