QR Codes and Sharing Documents with Customers

The QR code #

Every successfully submitted document receives a QR code that is digitally signed by the Ministry of Revenue. It serves as proof that the document has been officially registered with MoR — customers and tax authorities can scan it to verify authenticity.

Sharing a document #

  • A public shareable link is generated for each document
  • The link opens a page showing the full document and its MoR-signed QR code — no login is required
  • Links can be sent to customers by Email or SMS directly from Cashflow

Printing #

Use the Print action on any invoice, receipt or withholding receipt to produce a printed copy carrying the official QR code.
